We have been sold a massive lie that our relationship to food, our sex, and our creative projects belong in separate, tidy little boxes.

It is a trap designed to keep brilliant creative women dry, shriveled, and wildly depleted so they stay stuck in a constant cycle of consumption—instead of being in their power zone of creation.

If you are obsessively managing what goes into your mouth, your nervous system learns to be tight, rigid, and controlling with what comes out of you creatively.

If you are settling for mediocre, "two-pump-chump" intimacy or denying your primal aliveness, your creative channel dries up right alongside it.

And if the channel is dry you might believe the lie that as a woman you are not creative—and that will never do. Because you are.

Creativity is so much more than art. It's how you live your life, it's how you eat, it's how you fuck, it's how you weave your unique expression into every relationship you have and every project you give your whole self to.

When you are well fed, well fucked and creatively ON—you stop settling for anyone or anything that doesn't ADD to the vital aliveness running through your veins.

On Tuesday, October 13th, join me live in the Zoom Sanctuary for an unfiltered, 60-minute raw transmission. No boring mental webinar.. just the real medicine your creative vessel is screaming for.

Note: A replay will be sent automatically to everyone who registers.

This transmission also marks the final week of enrollment for our year-long somatic ecosystem, Feast & Feral (Autumn Cohort), which is strictly limited to 13 women. 5 seats are claimed, exactly 8 spots remain open.
