Not at all. Even if you don't identify as an artist or creative, creativity lives in you. 

In this process you will get to explore different mediums of expression that fit for you and allow you the pathway to alchemize your experience fully. 

Absolutely. While I believe everyone has a poet living in their bones, you may find a different creative medium speaks to you more than writing. 

With every creative exploration I give you, you can express it through your unique medium. 

I will still encourage you to write, to get the words out, but should you desire to express yourself in a painting, drawing, dance, or any other creative medium you are welcome to it. 

If you're still stuck on any aspect of your breakup, if it feels unsettled, incomplete or you're still feeling BIG feelings or you don't feel open to love- then your breakup isn't fully alchemized. 

Time alone doesn't heal a breakup. 

If you're still feeling it, and you know there is still material in there for you to excavate, explore and express- this will absolutely be a powerful program for you. 

Endings are endings are endings. 
Grief is grief. 

A breakup whether it's platonic or romantic is still going to cut deep. You are still going to have feelings about it. The process of alchemizing it is the same. 

So if you're going through a friendship breakup, or leaving a close family member, or even the grief that comes from dissolving creative or work partnerships- those are all relationships. 

You will absolutely be served well in this container as you navigate the various layers of those endings.

Each live call will be recorded and uploaded into the community space within 48hrs of the live session. 

You will have access to the community space (where all the content is hosted), the telegram channel for the lifetime of the program.

It also means in future rounds you are welcome to participate again should you so desire to. 

The program will be hosted in my mighty network in a private space only for members of this container. 

We also have a private telegram channel where I will be posting regular teachings throughout the 6 weeks on breakups, emotional alchemy, relational inquiry, creative explorations and self expression. 

The telegram teachings will range between 5-15 minutes most segments. 

All live calls will take place on zoom and those access links are available through your REBOUND community space. 

We will spend 6 weeks in the container live with each other. 

Your first 6 weeks are where we dive into the modules, telegram teachings, creative experiments and explorations and zoom calls. 

I understand that grief doesn't always adhere to a timeline and it often takes longer than 6 weeks to fully move through the process. 

Given that each situation is unique I designed this program to hold you closely for 6 weeks to guide you out of the initial weeds of a breakup. 

Following the live segment you will receive an additional 6 weeks of prompts, explorations and experiments to keep you in the pocket of creating, alchemizing and integration. 

This program will be published inside the mighty network following our final group call.
